Sure. I also had a few thoughts about the fish oil. Maybe Nootropics Depot would be a good place to source it. I know they’re extremely stringent about their testing, and I doubt they’d sell rancid product (could be maybe I’m too trusting though). Personally, buying from them and then refrigerating is what makes me feel safest.

I’ve never used it but they also sell a branded product called AvailOm, which is a powder complex of omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil and lysine. I don’t know too much about the process, but I imagine unless the fish oil was rancid when it made into a powder, it’s seems like it would be less likely to go rancid afterwards (plus wouldn’t need the fridge). But that’s just a guess really, I’m no chemist. But worth looking into maybe!

typo in this paragraph:

'quality' should be 'qualify'
